I grew up in an entrepreneurial household. My father started his own locksmith business when I was 12, and I spent weekends and holidays working alongside him. After high school, I joined him full-time in what became an evolving locksmith and electronic security company. As part of my parents' divorce settlement, I bought out my father's share of the business and ran it solo for four more years. In 1991, just before the birth of my first child, I sold the company to a third-party.
I then transitioned into the industrial electrical and electronic distribution industry, where I worked for a decade. After a two-year attempt at launching a new startup, which didn’t pan out, I returned to the distributor world for another seven years, working with two different companies.
In January 2010, I founded Roofing and Repair Services, Inc., which has been my primary focus for the past 14 years, dedicated to its growth and success.
